This is a superb opportunity for an experienced practice manager to manage two sites in Stockport and Oldham. Both sites are three surgery mixed practices with a high demand for private treatments. The practices are under new ownership and will be under going conversion to fully private within the next 12 months. As such, experience of managing growth for private treatments will be advantageous. In addition, good rapport and staff management as well as profit and loss management is also preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities, team and patient journeys, performance and clinical compliance as well as helping drive the business forward. Candidates will also ideally have experience working in a similar role.
